Manage More Customer Care Activities Via the Web with Optional EBPP and Web Self-Care Modules

OnlineBill is Info Directions' exclusive telecom electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) application. Seamlessly integrating with the CostGuard family of operations and billing solutions, OnlineBill helps service providers lower printing and production costs and facilitate faster payment turnaround through the use of online credit cards, debit cards and electronic checks. The OnlineBill solution helps provides a number of advantages for end users including receiving bills, making payments and managing their account quickly and easily via the Internet.

In addition to receiving and paying their bills, end users have the ability to manage their account, using OnlineBill's report capabilities to monitor calls by length, frequency and cost and save standard reporting filters and groups. Users can also view their bill details, conduct ad-hoc searches and configure their viewing options.

Also Available: Enhanced Web Self-Care
In addition to the above capabilities, the Enhanced Web Self-Care module provides end users with the ability to accept new orders for service, add services to an account and submit Trouble Tickets via the Web. This comprehensive module delivers telecom-specific functionality that increases the efficiency of Web-based transactions.
